Runs November 8 – December 8, 2025. Submit your best moments with our animals for a chance to win a 1‑year Family Membership (3 winners; each worth up to $180). Selected photos may be featured on our website, social media, and in‑center displays.

Show us your smiles, your curiosity, and your love for reptiles! Take a photo of you or your family having fun at RREC, or share a great shot from a recent visit. (Photos must be taken at Riverside Reptiles Education Center.)

We Select Winners: Our team will pick 3 favorites for creativity, composition, and the spirit of RREC. Winners announced by December 20, 2025.

Official Rules

Sponsor: Riverside Reptiles Education Center (“RREC”).

Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents aged 18+; parents/guardians may enter on behalf of their minor children. RREC employees, volunteers, and interns may submit but are not eligible to win prizes.

Entry Period: 12:00 AM ET Nov 8, 2025 to 11:59 PM ET Dec 8, 2025.

How to Enter: Submit via the on‑page form below. Up to 3 entries per person (one photo per submission).

Prizes: Three (3) winners each receive a 1‑Year Family Membership (ARV up to $180). Prizes are non‑transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Judging & Selection: A panel of RREC staff will evaluate eligible entries on (1) Joy/Connection (40%), (2) Composition/Clarity (30%), (3) Animal Safety/Welfare (20%), (4) RREC Spirit (10%). Winners selected on or before Dec 20th, 2025; odds depend on number/quality of entries.

License & Publicity: By entering, you grant RREC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your photo, in whole or in part, in any media, with or without credit, without additional compensation. You represent that you own the photo and have permission from anyone depicted; for minors, parent/guardian consent is required.

Conduct & Safety: Photos must reflect safe interactions consistent with RREC rules and staff guidance.

Disqualification: RREC may disqualify entries that are unsafe, infringe rights, contain inappropriate content, or violate rules.

Notification: Winners will be contacted via email; if a winner doesn’t respond within 5 days, an alternate may be selected.

Privacy: Personal info collected is used to administer the contest and for communications related to your submission, in accordance with RREC’s privacy practices.

Release & Liability: Entrants release and hold harmless RREC and affiliates from any claims arising from participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law.

Miscellaneous: RREC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if technical issues or other causes impaired administration, security, or fairness.
